Jennifer Magley is an on-camera host, social media contributor, and high-energy Master of Ceremonies at the intersection of sports, culture, and storytelling. A former pro athlete and NCAA Division I Head Coach, she brings credibility, charisma, and real presence—both on stage and on screen.
She’s shared stages with WWE, emceed global events including the United Nations Global Film Festival, and has been featured by People Magazine, ESPN, CNN, USA Today, and Forbes. With 135+ talks delivered and a proven ability to move live and digital audiences, Jennifer knows how to turn moments into culture—and content into conversation.

“Styled for Purpose: Confidence, Identity, and the Power of an Intentional Presence”

Michele Dieckmeyer is the founder of Fringe & Form, a personal styling business and storefront in Carmel City Center dedicated to empowering women through intentional style. She studied color analysis and personal styling through the International Style Coaching Institute and helps women build ageless, versatile wardrobes with carefully curated pieces from around the world designed to fit real women and inspire confidence.
With a background in nursing and experience in the health and life sciences technology space, Michele understands the deep connection between confidence and well-being. She believes what you wear has the power to influence how you feel, how you show up, and how you lead. Michele’s goal is to simplify wardrobes, elevate personal style, and help women feel confident, purposeful, and unstoppable every day.

Tobi and Brad Mares are a Carmel-based couple known for building successful businesses in very different lanes and doing life their own way. Tobi is the founder of Goodness Gracious Kitchen & Cupboard, a hospitality brand rooted in tradition, nostalgia, and community. Her path spans restaurant work, life coaching, death doula services, and entrepreneurship, culminating in the launch of her first restaurant on Range Line Road. Brad is a CPA and owner of Horizon CPA, where he advises individuals and businesses with a steady, analytical approach to growth. Married in front of 15,000 people at a Zac Brown Band concert in 2017, they are known among friends as an unconventional couple who balance creativity and structure, risk and stability, as partners in business, family, and life.
They are a blended family with two children still at home, grandchildren, and only one more year until they become empty nesters.

Lyndsey and Andy Brown are a Hamilton County-based couple operating businesses in Carmel, known for building businesses together while navigating leadership, family, and change side by side. Lyndsey is an entrepreneur and business leader whose career spans real estate, construction, hospitality, publishing, and investment. Over two decades, she has built and scaled multiple businesses while raising three sons and navigating significant personal and professional transitions. Andy is a construction and window-and-door industry expert who brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience and craftsmanship to their work. Together, they co-own Blue Theory Construction and Modern Day Window & Door, growing both into respected regional firms recognized through Andersen Windows’ Certified Contractor Council. They are raising a blended family with children ages 9 to 16 and offer a real-world perspective on partnership, resilience, and relationship-driven leadership in both business and life.
2026 Youth Segment Participants
Participate in hands-on demos showcasing non-traditional career paths through short, interactive experiences. The young women will explore everything from virtual welding to engineering, cutting edge technology, medicine, and city infrastructure.
After the hands-on demos, the youth will hear a short welcome from Mayor Finkam followed by an engaging mini-workshop called “U Glam Girl” led by Christina Ann Lockett, founder of U Glam Girl Inc. and Christina Ann Hair Boutique. The workshop will focus on confidence, self-presentation, and professional readiness in an age-appropriate and interactive way.

Christina Ann is a beauty industry entrepreneur and youth empowerment advocate based in Indiana. She is the founder of Christina Ann Hair Boutique and the creator of U Glam Girl, a nonprofit initiative focused on building confidence, self-presentation, and age-appropriate professional readiness for young girls. Through engaging, hands-on workshops, Christina helps middle school girls develop positive self-image, strong communication skills, and the confidence to show up boldly at school and beyond. Her work centers on using beauty as a tool for empowerment, meeting girls where they are and helping them step into who they are becoming.
