Following a landmark inaugural year that exceeded attendance goals by 250%, the She L.E.A.D.S. conference, hosted by Carmel Mayor Sue Finkam, returns to the 502 East Event Centre on March 5, 2026. 

She L.E.A.D.S. is dedicated to inspiring and equipping Carmel's women and young girls through Leadership, Empowerment, Advancement, Development and Service.

This impactful event connects professional women and inspires middle school girls through two distinct programs: 

• Professional Session (morning) the half-day segment includes a keynote speaker, panel discussions, and networking opportunities to foster leadership development and career growth. 



• Youth Session (evening) features hands-on activities, career exploration, and mentorship to ignite leadership potential in middle school girls.
