She L.E.A.D.S. is dedicated to inspiring and equipping Carmel's women and young girls through Leadership, Empowerment, Advancement, Development and Service.

This impactful event connects professional women and inspires middle school girls through two distinct programs: 

• Professional Session (11am - 3:30pm) the half-day segment includes a keynote speaker, panel discussions, and networking opportunities to foster leadership development and career growth. 

• Youth Session (4pm - 6:30pm) features hands-on activities, career exploration, and mentorship to ignite leadership potential in middle school girls.

Purse and Lipstick Drive + Wear Purple

We’re partnering with Dress for Success Indianapolis for a Purse and Lipstick Drive.

Bring:
• A new or gently used purse
• New lipstick or lip gloss

Donations support women preparing to re-enter the workforce with confidence. Attendees who donate receive an extra raffle ticket for conference giveaways.

And don’t forget to wear purple on March 5 in honor of Mayor Sue Finkam’s favorite color and our She L.E.A.D.S. branding. Bold or subtle. Blazer, dress or earrings. Let’s fill the room with purple.
